Job Overview: As a Sr. Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts across various skill sets. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent while managing candidate relationships and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to filling roles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles across various departments.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and
  • employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Negotiate offers and assist with closing candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence
  • candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to attract top talent.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting for specialized or technical roles.
  • A background in recruitment within [industry-specific experience, if applicable].
  • Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CHRP, CIR).
