  • Supervise and support contact-centre and warehouse staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
  • Enhance inventory management and logistics processes to support the company's growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and communication.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and goals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay informed about healthcare regulations and technological advancements, making necessary adjustments to operational processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience as an Operations Manager within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in managing a contact centre, including best practices, conflict resolution, quality control, and employee training.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve inventory and logistics management processes in a growing company.
  • Strong technical proficiency, particularly with Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the medical gas supply industry.
  • Familiarity with the Slack platform for internal and external communication.

Base salary for this role starting at $80,000/year depending on relevant skills and experience.
