About the Role— The Specialty Sales Representative, cardiovascular, is a passionate and driven professional dedicated to delivering exceptional results. This field-based, customer-facing role is responsible for accelerating territory business performance through strategic business planning, flawless execution, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Territory—Calgary, Alberta
Responsibilities
- Promote CV product(s) and services to healthcare professionals such as primary care physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and pharmacists through impactful interactions
- Develop and implement territory Business Plans by leveraging Brand Strategy and tools to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Proactively monitor territory sales execution aligned with KPI and adjust business plan accordingly (sales, call plan, productivity measures)
- Navigate effectively and adapt to the provincial reimbursement environment dynamics by leveraging patient access programs based on the payer mix profile
- Exhibit high level of accountability, winning attitude, innovation and growth mindset to achieve and surpass team goals
- Represent HLS as an innovative and ethical oriented company whose products and services respond accurately to the needs of patients and of the medical community
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Science or Business
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/health care industry with at least 2 years with specialty sales (CV experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and customer focused supported by a strong track record
- Proven abilities in business acumen, analytical skills and budget management
- Agile and innovative thinker that challenges the status quo to identify, assesses, and implements new initiatives
- Self-motivated, ambitious and solution-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management Database and Dashboards
- Valid drivers' license
- Bilingual (preferred)
