Clean Harbors IS ,Ste-Catherine, QC is looking for a Material Processing Technician to join their safety conscious team The successful candidate will be responsible for helping in operating and maintaining dredges and centrifuge systems. In this role you will be required to travel away from home up to 100% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner;
  • Assists with the operation of centrifuges and electric dredges;
  • Evaluates the process and complete the installation of equipment;
  • Performs general duties required to complete work, such as: debris removal and clean up;
  • Completes all required paperwork.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • Willing to travel away from home up to 100% of the time;
  • Class 5 Driver’s License;
  • Previous dredging/dewatering experience (an asset);
  • Knowledge of English preferred to facilitate customer communications, although not required.
