Your Role: Regional Health and Safety Manager

Reporting to the National Safety Director, you'll be the guardian of safety for our western provinces. From site audits to safety training, you'll play a key role in creating a safe environment for employees and contractors.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee compliance with platforms like ISNetworld, Avetta, and ComplyWorks.

Conduct audits & inspections to eliminate hazards like a pro.

Maintain COR program requirements for Manitoba and Alberta.

Keep our health and safety policies up-to-date and on-point.

Investigate accidents and incidents, compile reports, and help people get back to work safely.

Be the go-to person for all things health and safety – train, educate, and inspire

What We're Looking For:

Health and Safety credentials – a degree, diploma, or relevant experience.

3+ years of experience in the field (bonus points if it's in construction).

A sharp understanding of health and safety laws and best practices in western Canada.

Skilled communicator and problem-solver.

A team player with the ability to work independently.

A love for travel within the western provinces (because adventure awaits).

Communication and collaboration are keystones of this role – you'll work closely with teams across the region to foster a culture of safety.
