Responsabilités :
En tant que représentant(e) des ventes, vous serez responsable de développer et maintenir une clientèle fidèle dans le secteur de la construction, tout en contribuant activement à la croissance des ventes de nos produits technologiques.
Prospection et développement des affaires :
- Identifier de nouveaux clients potentiels dans l'industrie de la construction (entrepreneurs, promoteurs, gestionnaires de projets, architectes, etc.).
- Mener des actions de prospection sur le terrain, par téléphone et via des campagnes numériques.
- Organiser et participer à des événements, salons, et conférences pour promouvoir nos solutions technologiques.
- Gestion du cycle de vente :
- Présenter et démontrer nos produits et solutions technologiques auprès des clients.
- Effectuer des suivis réguliers pour maintenir une relation de confiance avec les clients existants.
- Préparer des propositions commerciales sur mesure et négocier les conditions de vente.
- Gérer le processus de commande et assurer le bon déroulement de la livraison des produits.
- Gestion du cycle de vente :
Suivi et fidélisation :
- Assurer une veille proactive auprès des clients pour évaluer leur satisfaction et identifier des opportunités d'amélioration.
- Offrir un service après-vente de qualité, répondre aux questions techniques des clients et coordonner avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
- Développer des relations à long terme avec les clients afin de garantir leur fidélité et maximiser les ventes récurrentes.
- Collaboration interne :
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe technique et le service client pour fournir une expérience client optimale.
- Participer activement aux réunions d'équipe pour partager les retours clients et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des offres.

Exigences du poste :
- Formation : Diplôme en administration des affaires, en vente, ou en ingénierie, ou toute autre discipline pertinente.
- Expérience : expérience en vente, idéalement dans le secteur de la construction ou dans la vente de solutions technologiques est un plus
- Compétences techniques : Connaissance de base des technologies utilisées dans l'industrie de la construction (logiciels de gestion de projets, outils de modélisation, équipements spécialisés) est un atout.
- Compétences interpersonnelles : Excellentes aptitudes en communication, capacité à entretenir des relations clients et à travailler en équipe.
- Langues : Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit), la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
- Autonomie et organisation : Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, à travailler de façon autonome et à respecter les délais.
