As a Content Marketing Manager on our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our content strategy and elevating our brand presence. You will be responsible for building content based on our marketing objectives, audience needs, and content strategy. We are looking for a marketer who makes complex topics simple and easy to communicate, becoming an industry expert over time. You would describe your content style as someone who can: engage, story-tell, bring someone in, get someone excited about what we do
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you embody our marketing lead, sales driven philosophy. You'll work closely with team members to bring meaningful content to life that grab the attention of key business-decision makers in the property management space. Your work will be instrumental in supporting marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, brand storytelling, lead generation, and client retention.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital formats including email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, long-form guides, case studies, web pages, and more.
- Based off the editorial calendar, lead campaigns through planning, concept development, execution, and post analysis to ensure sustained future campaign growth.
- Provide insights and guidance on innovative content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth and utilize data and analytics to define key performance metrics and continuously refine the content strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Leverage keyword research, competitive insights, SEO best practices, audience data, and website user behaviour to identify content gaps, topics, and website optimization efforts.
- Assist with preparing quarterly performance reports (QBR).
- Coordinate with external agencies as needed.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing within the B2B, digital advertising, marketing or technology sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop content strategies that meet business objectives.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
