Job Summary

Oversee daily maintenance activities and assigned staff, ensuring facility cleanliness, machine upkeep, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and schedule maintenance personnel tasks.
  • Ensure facility and machine maintenance, managing repairs.
  • Monitor part usage, work quality, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate external service providers when needed.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
  • Identify and address HSE risk situations.
  • Manage requisitions for tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Work with production teams to schedule repairs and installations.
  • Ensure employee skill development aligns with job requirements.
  • Maintain equipment in safe operating condition, implementing protective measures as needed.

Requirements & Skills

  • 4+ years in industrial maintenance and 2+ years in supervision (preferred).
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read and write technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations (HSE).
  • Hands-on profile with ability to engage directly in maintenance tasks.
  • Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Superviser les activités d'entretien quotidien et le personnel assigné, incluant le nettoyage, l'entretien des terrains et des machines, tout en assurant la conformité aux normes sanitaires, de sécurité et environnementales (HSE).

Principales responsabilités

  • Superviser et planifier les tâches du personnel d'entretien.
  • Assurer l'entretien des bâtiments, des machines et la gestion des réparations.
  • Contrôler l'utilisation des pièces, la qualité des travaux et l'efficacité.
  • Coordonner les interventions avec des fournisseurs externes si nécessaire.
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les politiques de santé, sécurité et environnement (HSE).
  • Identifier et traiter les situations à risque en matière de HSE.
  • Gérer les demandes d'achat d'outils, d'équipements et de fournitures.
  • Collaborer avec la production pour planifier les réparations et les installations.
  • Veiller à l'acquisition et au maintien des compétences des employés en fonction des tâches effectuées.
  • S'assurer que l'équipement est en bon état et fonctionne sans risque, en mettant en place des mesures de protection si nécessaire.

Exigences et compétences

  • Expérience en maintenance industrielle (4+ ans) et en supervision (2+ ans préféré).
  • Connaissance des équipements électriques et mécaniques.
  • Compétences en lecture et rédaction de documentation technique.
  • Familiarité avec les normes de sécurité et environnementales (HSE).
  • Profil pratique avec une capacité à intervenir directement sur le terrain.
  • Excellentes compétences en collaboration et en mentorat.
  • Esprit d'initiative, autonomie et mindset entrepreneurial.
