We were the brainchild of the ReFrame Group, a BCorp, whose solutions range from co-created employee group benefits and retirement plans to bespoke financial planning and commercial/personal insurance.  At ElektraFi, we are revolutionizing employee wellness through democratizing financial health for employees delivered through smart technology, intuitive tools and impartial advisors. Our mission is to help everyone access great financial advice. We are looking to hire our first dedicated sales role to help drive our growth from the ground up.

The Role

As our Head of Sales, you'll be both a strategic leader and a hands-on seller, owning the full sales cycle while laying the foundation for a high-performing sales team in the future. You'll drive revenue, refine our go-to-market strategy, and eventually scale a sales organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Own and operate the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals
  • Actively sell to Enterprise, Mid-Market, and/or SMB customers
  • Build and cultivate partnerships in the Canadian benefits ecosystem
  • Develop and refine our sales pitch, pricing, and competitive positioning

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute a scalable sales strategy
  • Identify and refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) and key use cases
  • Build sales processes, playbooks, and metrics for repeatable success

Customer & Market Insights

  • Gather feedback from prospects and customers to refine our product and messaging
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities

Team Building & Scaling

  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team in the future, as the business grows
  • Implement sales enablement tools and CRM best practices

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of closing deals
  • Hands-on hunter mentality with a strategic growth mindset
  • Has an existing Canadian book of business to leverage for outreach and leads
  • Experience selling to Enterprise customers is a must
  • Experience selling fintech products or to financial services is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Canadian benefits ecosystem is a definite plus
  • Proven ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
  • Strong storytelling and consultative selling skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
