About the role

Jumpr is looking to add a Salesforce Technical Project Manager to join our services delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building and shaping the consulting practice for Jumpr and be a trusted advisor of Salesforce.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Manage project kick-offs and perform discovery sessions with clients
  • Write user stories and work with solution architects to come up with solution designs
  • Transform user stories to tasks and prepare sprints
  • Assign work to technical consultants and provide further clarity into project requirements
  • Support technical consultants by ensuring their work meets your quality expectations  
  • Manage client regular syncs to provide updates and demos
  • Be a client advocate to deliver the best solution and client experience
  • Manage the project from end-to-end including: preparing project plans, requirements gathering, request management, and client communication management.

Must haves

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully implement process or software solutions to internal or external stakeholders
  • 2+ years experience in an operational capacity (tech or SaaS industry is a plus)
  • Ability to communicate project plans effectively to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client issues and capture requirements effectively
  • Ability to document processes and amendments to existing processes
  • Have a consultative approach in tackling projects
  • Salesforce certifications (admin, platform app builder, sales cloud) 
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting or project management

Nice to haves

  • Experience as a Revenue Operations Manager/Associate 
  • Knowledge of marketing tools such as Pardot 
  • Knowledge of revenue operations tools in the market (such as Hubspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Understanding of the customer "lead to cash" lifecycle journey 
  • Ability to develop Salesforce declarative and/or programmatic solutions
  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering desired
