Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Telecom Analyst to join the Telephony team at a top insurance client. This resource will be responsible for overseeing and evolving the cloud-based Genesys environment, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, web chat, and SMS messaging platforms. Day to day responsibilities include implementing data, expanding workflows, and providing on call support.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of development experience in Genesys Cloud
  • Experience integrating Genesys with Salesforce
  • End to end quality testing experience; creating test plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Obtained Genesys certifications (GCP, GCD, ARC, WRM, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be on call

Compensation:

$60/hr to $75/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of
