We are seeking a skilled TIBCO to IBM Sterling FileX Migration Specialist to manage the migration of our file transfer and integration systems from TIBCO to IBM Sterling FileX. This role involves assessing the existing TIBCO infrastructure, planning and executing the migration process, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating the smooth transition of file transfer services to the new IBM Sterling platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks or other TIBCO products.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling FileX and/or IBM Sterling B2B Integration.
  • Strong understanding of file transfer protocols such as FTP, SFTP, AS2, and HTTP(S).
  • Experience with data transformation and mapping between different systems.
  • Ability to handle complex integrations across multiple business systems (ERP, CRM, databases, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions (if applicable).
  • Experience with project management methodologies and migration strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in IBM Sterling or TIBCO technologies.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and automation of integration processes.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (EIP).
