ODAIA's AI helps the world's largest pharma commercial teams grow their brands by engaging HCPs at the right time—when they need information to make treatment decisions.

We use proprietary machine learning (ML) and large language models (LLMs) to help teams understand their customers—healthcare professionals (HCPs)—and predict prescribing behaviors.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

As Technical Implementation Specialist, reporting to the Director, Engineering Development, you will have a critical role in configuring and implementing our AI-driven platform to enable our customer's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical systems design, data analysis, customer onboarding and ETL technology.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work directly with our customers to discover data assets and work to integrate them into our platform
  • Build automated ETL workflows to enable repeatable and high quality data ingestion
  • Configure our platform to meet the needs of the customer
  • Utilize modern data tools like PySpark and Snowflake to explore and troubleshoot issues with ETL, data ingestion or system configuration 
  • Utilize our platform to deliver weekly data deliveries
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system processes and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical requirements for implementations
  • Configure and deploy solutions that integrate with clients' existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts during implementation phases to resolve technical challenges
  • Uphold security protocols to protect data integrity and comply with industry standards

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong technical foundation: proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, SQL), database management, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, )
  • Experience with data migration and ETL tools
  • Experience with large data technologies such as PySpark and Snowflake
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools (e.g., Veeva Vault, Salesforce) and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset

LOCATION

We are a remote - first company headquartered in Toronto with frequent virtual and in-person collaborative work sessions and socials.
