Position Summary
The Safety & Compliance Administrator III assists the Safety & Compliance team with the administrative work required for Driver Safety; such as: ELOG, Filing, Insurance inquiries, tickets, violations, MVA's, driver file maintenance etc.
Location:1115 Cardiff Blvd., Mississauga
Schedule: 40 hours, Mon - Fri
What you will do
- Coordinate the processing and file management of compliance related documentation
- Monitor and schedule periodic remedial training and/or annual recertification for the driver population
- Maintain current all of the various Safety& Compliance data tracking programs
- Assist in performing internal department audits
- Sort and Scan Driver's Daily logs
- Assist Safety Supervisor as required
What You'll Bring
- 2 years of experience in Transportation
- High school diploma
- Possess excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills; proficient in the latest Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Keen eye for details and a high level of accuracy
- Strong ability to set priorities and sense of urgency
