About You:

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Pack-Smart Inc., you will play a key role in advancing high-speed automation technology. It's an opportunity to lead transformative projects, solve complex challenges, and create innovative designs that shape the future of packaging and automation.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Innovation: Spearhead the design and development of new equipment while evaluating and improving existing systems.
  • Concept Development: Translate complex requirements into creative solutions that drive operational excellence.
  • Engineering Calculations: Perform detailed calculations related to speed, force, temperature, and pressure to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • 3D CAD Design: Utilize cutting-edge design tools like SolidWorks to create and refine high-precision mechanical systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and exceed expectations.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 10+ years of proven ability to design and execute complex mechanical engineering projects.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and deliver creative solutions for challenging design requirements.
  • Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Leadership: Experience leading design reviews and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
