Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on optimizing warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, and delivery systems. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or data analysis background, with a strong passion for continuous improvement and process optimization. You will work cross-functionally with teams to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall performance of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current warehouse and fulfillment processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse throughput, order accuracy, and delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and leadership teams to design and implement scalable solutions that optimize workflows, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process failures or quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide technical expertise in process design, automation, and system integration to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for process changes, system updates, and training materials.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in warehouse technology solutions and system integration, including WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP, and transportation management systems.
  • Support the development of new strategies to improve delivery accuracy and on-time performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Delivery & Fulfillment Teams) to ensure successful implementation and continuous monitoring of improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a process improvement, operations, or engineering role within a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or other logistics software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders and present findings and recommendations.
  • Experience with project management, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and driving operational excellence.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in automation and technology integration within warehouse and delivery systems.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes, inventory management, and distribution strategies.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or similar credentials is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
