Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired styles and provide professional recommendations.
  • Sanitate tools and work areas to maintain hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain inventory of retail products and assist with retail sales as needed.

Experience

  • Proven experience of 5 years as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong skills in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus.
  • A valid barbering license is required.
