We are hiring a Store Manager for our Yorkville Showroom
The Lisa Gozlan Store Manager is essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining operational excellence within the retail environment. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom; maintaining inventory controls, managing retail personnel and ensuring outstanding shopping experiences for all LG clientele. The Store Manager will lead by example, fostering a positive work environment while driving sales and meeting key performance indicators. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, possesses strong communication and organization skills and is experienced in retail management.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures, inventory controls, cash procedures and in-store communications.
- Maintain inventory controls and monitor stock levels; facilitating inventory assessments/bulk counts, collaborating with the senior management to replenish inventory as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring consistent execution of the showroom's visual presentation, jewelry displays and overall organization.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to help plan and execute visual displays that align with brand standards, sales trends and/or promotions.
- Analyze and report on sales, customer feedback and store performance; identifying opportunities for growth and communicating findings to senior management.
- Develop and implement selling strategies aimed towards driving sales and key performance metrics.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction; handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback with professionalism and courtesy; ensure all LG clientele receive personalized attention and support.
- Assist in executing in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Recruit, train, develop and lead a motivated and skilled team of retail associates.
- Manage staff schedules and time-off requests to ensure optimal coverage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback aimed towards achieving high levels of proficiency amongst retail staff.
- Ensure employee compliance with LG policies and procedures, reporting any concerns to senior management and taking corrective action where necessary.
