We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and developing our sales team to achieve their targets, improve their skills, and enhance their performance.

As a Sales Trainer, you will work closely with the sales manager team to create training materials, deliver engaging training sessions, and monitor progress to ensure that our sales professionals have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. The role requires someone who can think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the training process, encouraging creativity and adaptability in the sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members, with a focus on sales strategies.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, providing them with a solid understanding of the company's sales processes, products, and tools.
  • Design and implement innovative training materials, presentations, and resources tailored to different learning styles, incorporating modern techniques.
  • Conduct regular workshops and training sessions to improve sales skills, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff during training sessions and provide ongoing coaching and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends, tools, and techniques to keep training programs relevant and impactful.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results, ensuring continuous optimization.
  • Assist in creating role-playing scenarios, call scripts, and other training materials that allow sales teams to practice real-world situations and improve problem-solving abilities.
  • Foster a positive learning environment, motivating the team and encouraging continuous self-improvement and creative thinking.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, or in a similar role, ideally with a background in training sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools, with the ability to develop innovative approaches to training.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage the learners.
  • Experience with training software and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
