What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead and manage multiple engineering and technical projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Act as the primary customer liaison, providing clear communication and top-tier service
  • Manage project changes, ensuring approvals and documentation are in place
  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing
  • Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and process improvements. 

 

What You Bring: 

  • 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or related industries
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Excel, ERP Systems, Gantt charts, scheduling tools)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
  • PMP certification (or in progress) is an asset
  • Ability to travel as required (valid driver’s license and passport)
