Your New Role

As the Health, Safety, and Environment Director, you will provide leadership, advice, and support to our site to achieve KPIs related to health and safety, as well as environmental challenges. You will play a pivotal role in monitoring performance to ensure compliance with standard procedures (e.g., SOP, GOP) and management tools, driving continuous improvement and coordination of VPO processes.

In this role, you will act as the prevention leader, implementing processes according to local and international best practices. You will provide technical support for the development of action plans for environment and safety to meet target KPIs. Monitoring health, safety, and environmental targets and reviewing accident/incident reports for follow-up will be a critical part of your responsibilities. Leading HSE projects with strong project management skills, from design to analysis and implementation, will also be essential. You will serve as a member of the brewery's management committee, managing the budget for protective equipment and uniforms.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Health Safety, Environment, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, or a related field. You need a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in automated production. A thorough knowledge of occupational health and safety laws and regulations is essential, as is a strong understanding of government regulations related to the environment and occupational health and safety. Proficiency in claims management and handling workplace accidents is also required. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing management systems or related systems, along with knowledge of continuous improvement processes and techniques, will be critical. Finally, advanced proficiency in computer systems, including Outlook, MS Office, and SAP, is necessary.

En tant que Directeur.trice Santé, Sécurité et Environnement, vous fournirez leadership, conseil et soutien à notre site pour atteindre les KPI liés à la santé et à la sécurité, ainsi qu'aux défis environnementaux. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le suivi de la performance pour assurer la conformité aux procédures standard (ex. SOP, GOP) et aux outils de gestion, favorisant l'amélioration continue et la coordination des processus VPO.

Dans ce rôle, vous agirez en tant que leader en matière de prévention, en mettant en œuvre des processus selon les meilleures pratiques locales et internationales. Vous apporterez un soutien technique pour le développement de plans d'action en matière d'environnement et de sécurité afin d'atteindre les KPI cibles. Le suivi des cibles en santé, sécurité et environnement, ainsi que la révision des rapports d'accident/incident pour assurer un suivi, seront des éléments clés de vos responsabilités. Vous dirigerez des projets SSE avec de solides compétences en gestion de projet, de la conception à l'analyse et à la mise en œuvre. Vous serez membre du comité de direction de la brasserie, gérant le budget des équipements de protection et des uniformes.

Ce Qu’il Vous Faut pour Réussir dans Ce Rôle

Pour exceller dans ce rôle, vous devriez avoir un baccalauréat en Santé Sécurité, Environnement, Génie industriel, Relations industrielles ou un domaine connexe. Vous avez besoin d'une expérience minimale de 5 ans en milieu industriel, de préférence en production automatisée. Une connaissance approfondie des lois et règlements en matière de santé et sécurité au travail est essentielle, ainsi qu'une solide compréhension des règlements gouvernementaux liés à l'environnement et à la santé et sécurité au travail. Une maîtrise en gestion des réclamations et des accidents de travail est également requise. La familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion Lean manufacturing ou des systèmes connexes, ainsi que la connaissance des processus et techniques d'amélioration continue, seront cruciales. Enfin, une connaissance approfondie des systèmes informatiques, y compris Outlook, MS Office et SAP, est nécessaire.
