À titre de superviseur , vos responsabilités principales incluent : Offrir une expérience de magasinage et un service à la clientèle exceptionnels Agir à titre d’ambassadeur de la marque par l’entremise d’une solide connaissance des produits Traiter les transactions des clients et respecter rigoureusement les procédures de manipulation de l’argent Aider les clients avec les procédures d’échange et de retour de marchandise Appliquer les procédures d’ouverture et de fermeture du magasin Préparer le service de messagerie pour le siège social s’il y a lieu Communiquer les renseignements du magasin au gérant de district ou à d’autres fonctions s’il y a lieu Aider dans les aspects de commercialisation, marketing et présentation visuelle du magasin Procéder à la réception et au traitement exact et efficace des produits de l’entreprise, tout en préservant l’organisation de l’arrière-magasin Maintenir un environnement propre et sécuritaire pour nos membres d’équipe et nos clients.

Effectuer les tâches d’entretien du magasin Sécuriser les avoirs de l’entreprise en respectant les politiques et procédures de prévention des pertes Agir en tant que leader d’équipe grâce à vos capacités à : Stimuler les ventes grâce à des aptitudes de leadership dans l’aire de vente Aider à la formation et au perfectionnement des associés aux ventes Superviser les activités du magasin en l’absence du gérant de magasin et de l’assistant gérant de magasin, notamment l’horaire des pauses et des repas quotidiens Participer à la création d’un environnement positif, amusant, convivial et engageant pour tous les employés Mener par l’exemple, démontrer les valeurs de Carter’s et assurer le respect de toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise Contribuer à la réussite du magasin en atteignant les résultats souhaités Expérience et aptitudes Une expérience de responsable, de leader d’équipe ou de superviseur dans le commerce de détail est un atout Leader d’équipe énergique et enthousiaste Historique de respect ou de dépassement des objectifs de vente Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, relations interpersonnelles et service à la clientèle.

Capacité à motiver les autres.

Connaissance pratique des ordinateurs Aptitudes efficaces de communications verbales et écrites Exigences physiques : Capacité à soulever jusqu’à 25 lb Capacité à déplacer et replacer des présentoirs, tablettes et de la quincaillerie dans le magasin Capacité à utiliser fréquemment des escabeaux Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes  Exigences de disponibilité Un horaire de travail permanent est nécessaire pour demeurer un employé actif; Les changements de disponibilité doivent être approuvés par le gérant de magasin et seront examinés en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise; Vous devez être en mesure de travailler des quarts de travail de 8 heures et de 40 heures par semaine au maximum.

Vous devez être disponible pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise en fonction de l'horaire prévu (jours, nuits, fins de semaine et jours fériés).
