You are a
A pedagogue, you put yourself at the level of your coaches, whether they are novices or experienced.
Passionate, you're willing to reveal your game to whoever wants to measure themselves against you.
A performer, you keep on training without ever losing your enthusiasm.
You will
Benefit from professional equipment supplied by leading brands (Escape, TRX, etc.) and rich pedagogical content (Les Mills, etc.)
Provide group classes, from beginners to advanced levels
Promote your activity within the resort
Ensure quality customer relations by reinforcing the Club Med culture and spirit.
Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations, and maintain the resort's property.
By becoming a G.O Fitness Instructor, you'll be able to benefit from Club Med's infrastructure and activities. If you feel like it, you can even get up on stage to show off your talents

GENERIC MISSIONS
TEACHING:
Welcomes guest from all levels and nationalities, adults and children
Teaches theory and practice of fitness activities, promoting practice over theory
Evaluates skill and develops a pedagogical progression adapted to the needs and levels of students
Animates activity by organizing private or group sessions (fun and/or instructional...) all offering forms of original and challenging practices for the GM
Organizes and conducts competitions / tournaments for everyone, adults and children
Organizes and hosts events related to the activity
Controls and guarantees the application of Club Med teaching methods
HEALTH & SAFETY:
Applies the norms and standards of the Club, according to safety and hygiene standards
Informs manager and proposes corrective actions if necessary
Maintains equipment and infrastructures in perfect condition in order to offer quality and safety at all times
Respect the resort’s waste management rules (sorting, collection…)
Limit electricity and water consumption
Respect the service’s rules for dangerous products management (storage, protection equipment…)
