We are seeking a diligent Scanning/Records Clerk to support our public sector client in Victoria, BC.


The successful candidate will play an important role in digitizing hard copy documents and providing general administrative support.


This 4 weeks contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our client's operations while gaining valuable experience in a public sector environment.


The hours for this position will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Responsibilities:

  • Scan hard copy documents into electronic system
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents
  • Collaborating with team members to prioritize scanning tasks
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of scanned documents

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • On-site work required
  • Office experience is required
  • Previous experience in administration or records management would be highly encouraged
  • Ability to learn new system
  • Attention to details
