As the Legal Content Specialist, Blogs & Social Media, you will be instrumental in driving our clients’ online visibility and generating leads through high-quality legal content. You will oversee all aspects of our clients’ blog strategies, from content creation and SEO optimization to social media engagement and thought leadership. Leading a team of talented writers and ensuring content excellence, you will play a pivotal role in positioning our clients as industry thought leaders.

- Content Strategy Development – develop and implement comprehensive blog strategies aligned with our clients' business objectives, target audience, and evolving SEO best practices.
- Content Creation and Management – oversee the creation and management of high-quality legal blog content, including topic ideation, writing, editing, optimization, and publication.
- SEO Optimization – implement SEO best practices to improve blog visibility and organic search rankings.
- Copyediting and Proofreading – review, revise, and edit blog content for grammar, punctuation, and style to ensure high-quality output that is error-free, polished, and professional.
- Content Quality Assurance – conduct plagiarism checks, AI content detection, and topic relevance assessments to ensure high-quality content; assess blogs for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Content Calendar Management – develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely blog publication.
- Analytics Tracking – leverage data analytics to track blog performance, identify key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for content improvement.
- Freelance Writer Management – oversee and manage a team of freelance legal writers, assigning projects, providing guidance, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Brand Consistency - work closely with the Director of Legal Content to ensure blog and website content strategies are aligned and reinforce the overall brand message.
- Social Media Engagement – collaborate with the Director of Communications to develop and execute social media strategies that amplify blog content reach and engagement.
- Client Training – conduct blogging seminars and tutorials for clients to empower them to leverage blog content effectively.
- Maintain Industry Expertise – monitor legislative changes, significant cases, legal news, blogging best practices, and content marketing industry trends to ensure our internal protocols are aligned with the latest developments.

Mandatory
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a Canadian law school.
