Sous l’autorité de la coordonnatrice du grain et engrais, le ou la titulaire du poste doit notamment, et ce, de façon non limitative :

  • Effectuer l’entretien, l’amélioration et veiller au bon fonctionnement des équipements du secteur de l’engrais et du grain ;
  • Assurer la fabrication et la livraison des fertilisants auprès des producteurs ;
  • Organiser les transports pour l’approvisionnement des fertilisants ;
  • Assurer le déchargement et le chargement sécuritaire des commodités transportant le grain ;
  • Assurer le contrôle de la qualité des fertilisants et du grain selon les standards de la coopérative ;
  • Calibrer les épandeurs de fertilisants ;
  • Planifier le prêt des épandeurs auprès des producteurs ;
  • Opérer un chariot élévateur (au besoin) ;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ;
  • À l’aise avec l’informatique ;
  • Carte pour la conduite d’un chariot élévateur un atout ;
  • Permis de conduire classe 5 (requis) ;
  • Permis de conduire classe 3 (classe 1 un atout) ;
  • Connaissances de base en mécanique ;
  • Sens de la planification et leadership ;
  • Aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et le travail d’équipe ;
  • Connaissance du milieu agricole, un atout ;
  • Ce poste requiert une bonne forme physique et nécessite d’être disponible 7 jours sur 7 pendant les périodes plus achalandées (selon les besoins) ;
