Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal IT service levels by actively participating in the development of structures and processes aimed at enhancing IT support services.
  • Configure, maintain, and support ERP system (manufacturing and distribution).
  • Train end-users on ERP system functionality.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and implement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with department managers to understand their needs and proactively manage technology-related requirements to support their operations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers providing computer hardware, software, and telecom services, ensuring alignment with our business needs and objectives.
  • Lead IT service-related projects by offering resource assistance, conducting business case analyses, preparing budgets, and estimating resources.


Requirements:

  • A post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Management or relevant experience
  • 6 years of experience as IT Services Lead or IT Operational Lead.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems for manufacturing and distribution industries, preferably Infor CSI 10.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing IT service teams and improving service delivery.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software.
  • Experience working in Distribution or Manufacturing organization.
