Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Azure + .NET core Sr Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET Core technologies and their applications, as well as good knowledge of Azure and its services. The candidate should have experience leading a team of at least 5 people and presenting solutions to client executive leadership D+ level. Excellent communication skills are a must.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of .NET Core technologies and their applications.
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based solutions using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Application Gateways, Cosmos DB (GraphQL API & other API’s), Event Driven Architecture, Service Bus, Kafka, Azure APIM, and Azure App Service Plan.
  • Strong knowledge on domain driven micro service architecture and working experience on containerizing and deploying micro services to Azure Kubernetes service.
  • Lead a team of at least 5 people and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Present solutions to client executive leadership D+ level and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in .NET Core and Azure and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Technical, Education, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Math, Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in .NET Core technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in Azure and its services.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 5 people.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Experience with serverless computing.
