Requirement: Must have a deep passion for and understanding of eSports, particularly in the FPS and/or MOBA.


Summary

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to bolster the Product Marketing function within their company, steering marketing strategies for its associated crucial projects aimed at enhancing player awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention.


As a leader, you'll spearhead marketing initiatives with a highly collaborative cross-functional team, comprising internal team members primarily and occasional external parties such as Product, Partnership, Social, Community, Influencers, and PR, all working towards achieving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing plans for product/subscription services
  • Leverage data to craft personalized user journeys that provide the best experience for players
  • Set measurable KPIs and provide regular reporting on campaign performance
  • Understand the eSports and coaching industries along with the competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute tactics across paid media, social, CRM, partnerships, etc.
  • Write creative briefs and oversee the production of marketing collateral
  • Partner closely with Product Management to identify audience segments and marketing opportunities for key features


Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years lifecycle marketing experience with 2+ years in brand marketing (eCommerce / subscription service experience preferred)
  • Deep passion for and understanding of eSports, particularly in the FPS and/or MOBA genres
  • Experience developing and executing global marketing campaigns, paid media, social, CRM, partnerships, etc.
  • Positive, humble, and eager to learn and support your team
  • Creative problem solver, be it campaign optimizations or building new processes
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator
