There are 12,000 Mikes in the US.


We help them scale effortlessly by leveraging centralized operations and a powerful platform. For operations, we have a guest, revenue, and marketing team. For platform, we built their OS to power their business and brand to help them stand out in a crowded market.

This role is a pivotal hire for us as our first No-Code Lead Developer.


Mission: Build and optimize HostGenius’ no-code platform on Bubble to ensure property managers across the U.S. can scale with ease. Your role is to drive technical innovation, maximize platform efficiency, and work alongside key stakeholders to deliver solutions that transform our clients’ businesses.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead Product Development: Own the architecture, development, and optimization of our platform using Bubble, bringing in your full-stack knowledge to create a scalable, robust product.
  • Design and Build New Features: Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and implement new features that enhance client experience and streamline property management workflows.
  • Optimize Platform Performance: Monitor platform performance and implement improvements to maintain reliability, scalability, and efficiency as the platform grows.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product development aligns with business needs and client feedback.
  • Implement Integrations: Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems, APIs, and data sources to expand platform functionality and streamline processes.
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Act as the Bubble and no-code expert, setting development standards, ensuring quality control, and supporting any junior developers as the team grows.


What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Technical Expertise in Bubble: Extensive experience building and managing complex applications on Bubble, with a deep understanding of the platform’s capabilities and limitations.
  • Full-Stack Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of web development and full-stack principles, enabling you to design a scalable architecture and robust data structures.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical skills to troubleshoot, optimize, and create effective solutions that align with business goals.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while delivering high-quality work on schedule.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking: A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to innovate, identify opportunities, and take ownership of platform success.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards for quality and precision, ensuring each feature is functional, scalable, and aligned with the CEO’s vision.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in no-code development, with a focus on Bubble.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling no-code platforms.
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and web development best practices is beneficial.
