We're looking for a Dynamics 365 System Administrator (FO) to join a fine company located west of Montreal. This is a permanent, hybrid position (first 3 months on site).

Under the supervision of the Team Leader - Software, the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) System Administrator will be responsible for configuration management and maintenance of the Dynamics 365FO system deployed in the company. This role includes recommending best-practice solutions, standardizing its use across the organization, continuous system improvement, routine maintenance, technical support, as well as resolving incidents and anomalies.
Main responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365FO.
Work closely with the implementation partner to understand the needs of the various departments.
Manage user access, security roles and data tables.
Design and update reports, forms and dashboards.
Configure and maintain information flows and data imports/exports.
Analyze and resolve incidents, anomalies and failures.
Prepare and administer updates while identifying training needs.
Train users and document support processes.
Perform any other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in analysis and design.
Working knowledge of Dynamics 365FO implementation and administration.
Experience with Azure services and D365FO integration.
Technical skills :
Mastery of Dynamics 365FO best practices and features.
In-depth understanding of data governance and its integration into global models.
Knowledge of related technologies: Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, Power BI.
General skills:
Bilingualism (French and English).
Excellent communication and team spirit.
Organized, rigorous and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
Proactivity and creativity in the face of challenges.
Working conditions
Schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

- Drafting documents in English: You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals and contracts in English, for our international customers.
