The Product Managers must have ARO for driving the vision outlined by the Solution and Development Directors and ensuring overall requirements and product readiness.
Some key focus areas for ARO include:
• Own and refine product line feature backlog (client requests, Client portal, SNOW, etc.)
• Defines return on investment for all business requirements
• Market-facing Value Statements and Value Wedges for Product(s), in conjunction with Marketing
• Drive initiatives from concept to delivery
• Identify and collaborate on Best Practice workflow changes
• Communicate Service Training updates from Best Practices to Solution Director
• 3rd party vendor product support/integration
• Sales and Client Engagement:
o Client Portal
o Sales Operations, Client Service Executives, RFP Responses and Demo Support
o Manage Client Forums strategy defined by Portfolio
o Research and Problem Identification
• Market research and trends pertaining to product:
o 3rd party vendor relationship and contract management
o Ensuring prioritized and ready backlog (6 months)
o 6 month product line roadmap
o GTM planning and pricing
o Business Cases & Competitor Analysis
• Contributes to:
o P&L Analysis for Product Portfolio
o Scope Management decisions with Solution Director
o Demos & documentation
o Identification of whitespace opportunities
o 3rd Party procurement licenses and contract renewal
• Top Skills area:
o Market research
o Strategic planning
o Stakeholder management
o Product lifecycle management
o Strong Communication and negotiation
o Project management
o Physician/ Pharmacist license preferred - Registered nurses (RN), LPN
o Recent experience as Product Manager from EHR companies - last 3 years
o Clinical experience of at least 6-8 years
o Expertise in the areas of Medication Administration, Orders and Results, and Clinical Documentation
