Position Overview: Paid Media Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

As our company continues to grow, we are on the lookout for a talented and passionate Paid Media Specialist. If you have a love for search engines, data, and analytics, and you’re motivated to push boundaries to deliver exceptional client results, this role could be perfect for you. You will have the opportunity to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring our clients achieve their business goals.


What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize ROI-driven ad campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of trends, targeting options, and campaign performance.
  • Optimization: Continuously refine campaign elements such as keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Creative Writing: Craft compelling ad copy that drives conversions and engages target audiences.
  • A/B Testing: Implement and evaluate A/B tests for ad copy and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Client Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Consultation: Advise clients and our marketing team on content and landing page strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Technical Setup: Set up conversion tracking and retargeting pixels to measure campaign success.
  • Competitive Research: Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for client campaigns.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and emerging platforms.
  • Programmatic Advertising: Experience with programmatic advertising is a plus.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record in paid media.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Google Ads (SEM, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Paid Social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Certifications: Google Ads Certification required; additional Google or Facebook certifications are a plus.
  • Reporting: Expertise in reporting and analytics to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and quality in your work.
  • Agency Experience: Previous experience in an agency setting is an asset.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
