Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, creating data models, and applying statistical techniques to interpret and present results. The role involves performing regular data cleansing and validation, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Create clear and comprehensive data reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Perform data validation and quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data governance and data management policies.
  • Monitor and audit data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis.



Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Statistics
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Data Modeling
  • Open to new grads.
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
