Fairvern Long Term Care Home is currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their team. The Opportunity: Provide nursing care adhering to established policies, physician's orders, and resident care plans within the scope of practice
Administer prescribed medications and treatments following Ontario College of Nurses standards
Monitor residents' conditions, noting any changes in physical or mental status
Develop, implement, evaluate, and adjust resident care plans
What you will need: Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
BScN preferred, experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is advantageous
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
This is a rewarding Permanent Full-time opportunity at the District with hourly compensation ranging from $32.22 to $48.78. Additionally, the District offers various benefits to its permanent employees.
