We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to lead medium-sized, complex projects, specifically focusing on ServiceNow implementations. This role involves directing all phases of project management, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall direction and manage all aspects of project scope, execution, and budget.
- Oversee multiple sub-projects and tasks, evaluating changes and their impacts on related tasks and projects.
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans; conduct status reviews with team leaders and management.
- Identify variances, initiate corrective actions, and resolve business and technical issues.
- Manage project risks, develop contingency plans, and negotiate changes in scope, budget, or schedule.
- Perform analysis on schedule, resources, costs, and task completion.
- Maintain effective communication with Project Owner, management, and team members.
Must-Have Skills:
- PMP certification
- 5-7 years experience working as a senior project coordinator/project manager
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams
- Experience working on ServiceNow implementations
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- ITIL certification
