We are seeking a kind and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse to join our exceptional team at Pine Grove Seniors Community, one of our beautiful assisted living and long-term care facilities.
About the Position: Permanent Full Time - 4 days on, 2 days off; 7:00am-3:00pm (Day shift)
Permanent Part Time - 2 days on, 4 days off; 7:00am-3:00pm (Day shift)
Compensation:
Starting at $32.84 per hour with additional benefits post-probation.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments
Develop and deliver personal and nursing care to residents
Administer medications as per guidelines
Supervise care staff
Execute assigned duties
Qualifications: Graduate from a licensed practical nursing program
Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Background in Dementia care is a plus
Preferably, cultural education and experience
The selected candidate for this role must demonstrate proof of COVID-19 vaccination and any booster shots in compliance with company policy.
If exempted from vaccination on protected human rights grounds, efforts will be made to accommodate the individual while ensuring the safety of others.
