We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Understands Growth Metrics: You're fluent in terms like MRR, CAC, LTV, and use them to guide strategic planning.
• Navigates Complex Growth Challenges: From cash flow concerns to tax optimization, you’re comfortable helping founders sleep better at night.
• Leverages Automation: You embrace technology to deliver real-time insights and streamline processes.
• Supports Exit Strategies: You understand how to maximize value for companies preparing for funding, growth, or exit.
• Provides Daily Financial Clarity: You help businesses keep a clear pulse on their cash flow, labor efficiency, and financial performance with timely, accurate reporting.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Strategic Financial Advisory: Guide clients through growth, funding, and financial stability with forward-looking advice.
• Real-Time Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver weekly finance reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis to help clients stay on top of their finances.
• Automation & Process Improvements: Identify and integrate tools to automate accounting, streamline bookkeeping, and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Tax Optimization Strategies: Implement proactive tax strategies to reduce liabilities and ensure audit-readiness.
• Growth & Exit Planning: Support clients in raising capital, accessing grants, and preparing for a successful exit.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience in SaaS, tech, or digital industries.
• Expertise in scaling companies and supporting their growth with tailored financial strategies.
• Advanced skills in financial forecasting, automation, and KPI analysis.
• CPA designation or equivalent.
• Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks Online, etc.) and a love for technology.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work directly with ambitious CEOs and founders.
