The primary role of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing is to lead and manage sales activities to achieve corporate goals. As a member of the Executive Management Team, this role participates in and contributes to the company's overall strategic direction. This position reports to the President.


Must Haves

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience
  • Experience directly leading a sales team
  • Experience managing national accounts
  • Self-starter with a determination to succeed
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills


Working Environment:

  • In office: Brampton, Ontario
  • A laptop computer and mobile phone provided
  • Required to work off-cycle hours and varying amounts of overtime
  • Flexible to travel
