As the Associate Director, Sales, you will play an integral role supporting our sales leaders and contributing to the establishment of lasting partner acquisitions and ambitious growth goals. ( multiple hire in several areas)


Position Overview: Associate Director, Internal Sales - Bilingual

Our client is a unique leading organization in the industry, on a mission to expand their distribution network and grow their Assets Under Management. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Director, Sales, to join their team and be a key player in our growth strategy with high upward mobility.


The Opportunity:

As the Associate Director, Sales, you will be an integral part of our Sales team, responsible for consulting with Advisors to provide valuable market insights, product overviews, and information to help them understand the value of our offerings. You will work closely with the sales leader to create and implement sales plans, support the sales team in various initiatives, and build strong relationships with Advisors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans in collaboration with the sales leader.
  • Support the sales team by following up on meetings, road shows, and events.
  • Initiate contact with Advisors and potential partners to expand our network.
  • Provide valuable advice and information to support Advisors in a changing environment.
  • Maintain accurate Advisor records within CRM.
  • Achieve aggressive sales targets and production goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services sales. Real Estate backed investments experience in Canada a plus
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian investment industry landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM.

Location:

This position is based in our downtown Toronto office ( close to Union Station and GO transit) with limited travel.
