Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Analyst located in Montreal, QC. The Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as conducting market research, analyzing data, communicating findings, managing acquisition programs, and assisting in program management.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Communication skills
  • Experience in acquisitions and program management
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
