What are we looking for?
An Enterprise Architect who is responsible for defining the capability, architecture strategy, and roadmap in alignment with our goals and objectives. The EA is responsible for leading and facilitating agreement and critical decision-making across multiple stakeholders, enabling business or technology capability streamlining and harmonization, leading target solution selection and roadmap, minimizing technology debt and application proliferations to support each capability, and providing superb artifacts and documentation.

Responsibilities
- lead cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate global capability ownership to develop strategies
- Capability Models for business and technology enablers with their respective multi-year roadmap
- Analyse and assess future-state capabilities and architecture design
- RFI/ RFP process.
- Analysis of capability level and its requirements, connecting strategy to execution and enabling digital transformation
- Alignment between business and IT and Digital stakeholders. Advocate for a global solution
- Superb artifacts and deliverables to efficiently provide visual and written storytelling and enable solution adoption and understanding.
- Governance and technology standards and enable proper adoption of new technologies, facilitate common application and technology toolkit between IT and Digital
- for good architecture best practices and architecture design, facilitate architecture review board and peer reviews.
- Support solution architects and technology architects
- Maintain architecture information within the LeanIX report
- To ensure consistent processes and alignment
- Evolution of EA services, operating model, SLAs, and process continuous improvement. Strive to create architecture as a service and objectives.
- External consulting services, technology workshops, presentations, and other communication initiatives.
- The value of enterprise architecture, architecture principles, and its portfolio of services, as well as maintaining architecture templates, architecture library, new application requests, and project intake reviews.
- Organizations should be practical and promote continuous improvement by contributing to solution delivery and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. These include the PMO, project managers, technology leaders, business stakeholders, SCM, and operation
- With Security and Infrastructure to maintain a robust program, project review, and implementation.
.Minimum Requirements
- A master's or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a similar discipline
- 5 years experience as an enterprise architect, managing architecture requirements and driving architecture design
- 10 years experience working as an application, technology, or digital architect, application architect, or similar
- Experience developing strategic and technology roadmaps and providing C-level assessments and recommendation
- Experience developing business and technology capability models, functional decompositions, and value streams.
- Design and financial requirements.
- Understanding of AWS or Azure cloud platform, digital platforms, software development, security, authentication, IT/OT, ITSM, access management, IA
- Written and oral skills, including developing presentations and architecture standards, architecture design documents, diagrams, and graphic representation
- A learner with a demonstrated ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving work environment.
- To have SAP S4 HANA experience
- To advocate for innovation and digital transformation technologies such as AI, ML, IoT, and more
- Using Lucid, Miro, Visio, and other design software
- Business acumen is an asset
- Enterprise architecture application knowledge is an asset
- COBIT certification is an asset
- SAFe or Agile certifications are an asset
