Relevant du Gestionnaire, Opérations, le/la candidat(e) sélectionné(e) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe d’opérations afin de coordonner le processus lié à la fabrication des produits, et ce, selon les standards de santé et sécurité, de qualité, de coûts et de salubrité établis. Il devra donc s’assurer de la gestion des activités quotidiennes d’une équipe d’environ 30 employés syndiqués, de la performance et des rendements de ceux-ci, ce qui inclut notamment la gestion de l’absentéisme, des mesures disciplinaires et des griefs. #LI-Onsite #LI-RM1

Le titulaire du poste aura comme principales responsabilités :

  • Promouvoir et assurer un milieu de travail sain et sécuritaire en conformité avec la vision et les valeurs de l’organisation;
  • Planifier, contrôler et suivre les activités d’opérations en respectant les standards de qualité, d’hygiène et de salubrité établis;
  • Gestion des ressources humaines, matérielles et financières associées à son quart de travail;
  • Effectuer un suivi rigoureux des coûts reliés à son département et analyser les opportunités d’économies de coûts d’opérations;
  • Voir à la gestion quotidienne d’une équipe d’employés syndiqués (assiduité, productivité, formation, etc.);
  • Entretenir de bonnes communications avec le syndicat et voir au respect de la convention collective;
  • Analyser et interpréter les données de productivité;
  • Effectuer le suivi des indicateurs de performance;
  • Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue (SMED, 5S, etc.).


Position Requirements:


Compétences requises:

  • Minimalement un DES ou diplôme équivalent dans une discipline appropriée. (notamment génie industriel et/ou administration et/ou gestion) (Note : les candidats détenant une formation équivalente combinée à une expérience jugée pertinente seront considérés lors du processus de sélection);
  • Minimalement trois(3) à cinq(5) années dans un poste de gestionnaire d’une équipe (milieu syndiqué atout);
  • Leadership, Autonomie et fortes habiletés en communication reconnues;
  • Rigoureux, flexibilité et organisation;
  • Bonne résistance au stress et à la pression d’un environnement manufacturier;
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Office, tels que les logiciels Word et Excel (connaissance du module maintenance du système SAP ou Oracle sera considérée comme un atout);


La personne recherchée est reconnue pour son sens des responsabilités, son autonomie, son orientation au niveau du service client et du travail d’équipe. Cette personne possède un fort sens d’urgence, une capacité d’adaptation aux situations imprévues et une bonne capacité à travailler sous pression. Autonome, elle sait gérer ses priorités, est passionnée et est reconnue pour ses compétences interpersonnelles.
