Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an International Customer Service Advisor at Humber College. As an International Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international students and assisting them with inquiries related to admissions, registration, immigration, and student services. This role is located in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of the admissions and registration processes in a postsecondary education setting
  • Understanding of immigration regulations and procedures for international students
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
