At Belron Canada, the home office of Speedy Glass, Lebeau vitres d’auto and Vanfax we take this seriously, which is why we invest tirelessly on developing our people can realize their full potential.We welcome applications from everyone, and are firmly committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, and take pride in ensuring every member of our team feels empowered.Main responsibilitiesUnderstand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvementSupport partners in defining business or technical requirements/solutionsFormulate recommendations to optimize business processes, systems and application solutionsParticipate in the implementation of recommendations by collaborating with the teams responsible for their executionAnalyze and model business and operational processes and business data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Maintain and/or develop appropriate business documentationIn collaboration with management, act as liaison between users, IT partners and service providers.Be responsible for the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the realization of the solution development roadmap. Build and manage the product backlog and prioritize functionalities based on business value. Prioritize activities to ensure delivery of business value while considering IT constraints and external partners.Contribute and support users during testing phases to ensure that development is faithful to specifications.Provide post-implementation supportAnalyze the impact of changes and participate in change managementEstablish a climate of trust and share knowledge to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.Requirements7 to 10 years' relevant experience in business analysisBachelor's degree in business administration, information systems and technology, computer science or equivalentExperience in software system analysis (ERP) and/or digital applicationsGood knowledge of French and English, both written and spokenGood knowledge of Agile methodology and business process analysis methods (BPMN, UML, etc.)Desired qualitiesAbility to take ownership of the business domain, curiosity, attention to detail and autonomyEnjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentNegotiation and customer service skillsBe a positive agent of changeWe believe that genuine care can make a real difference in the customer experience, and it begins with making a difference in the careers of our team members.Belron Canada is an integral part of the Belron International family, a global leader in auto glass repair and replacement, and forward-facing digital camera calibration.
