Overview:

Moroccanoil, an iconic beauty brand and industry innovator, is seeking a Digital Designer to join our dynamic Loyalty Team.

Under the direction of the Associate Loyalty Director, the Junior Digital Designer will be expected to communicate the brand message with high visual impact across all digital channels. They must have a good eye for layout, typography, an elevated sense of aesthetic and a background in graphic design is preferred.

The candidate will bring their experience to support the strategies and build tools to continue driving our B2B Loyalty Program in the professional haircare space.


Tasks & Responsibilities:


Infographic Responsibilities:

  • Adapting current templates to create brochures, documents, and digital tools for various markets.
  • Updating monthly content into multiple languages for multiple markets.
  • Ensuring consistent, up-to-date brand messaging through cross-department collaboration.


Digital Design Responsibilities:

  • Create UX/UI mockups for digital updates, improvements and visually appealing designs.
  • Design monthly newsletter and eblast campaigns with all supporting visuals.
  • Responsible for developing different visual tools and presentations, using PowerPoint.
  • Maintain brand aesthetic across all digital channels.
  • Follow trends in the beauty space & propose new ideas for layouts and functionality.


Skills Required:

  • Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related concentration.
  • 1-2 years of experience, specifically in graphic design (experience in beauty, haircare, luxury, fashion & retail brands is an asset).
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Microsoft365 experience is an asset (Powerpoint).
  • Experience in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo is an asset).
  • Fluency in all areas of visual design with exceptional skills in font usage, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of managing deadlines and work independently, as well as collaborate with multiple teams.

Sous la direction de la Directrice Adjointe – Programmes de Fidélité, le Designer Digital Junior devra transmettre le message de la marque avec un fort impact visuel sur tous les canaux numériques. Il ou elle doit avoir un bon sens de la mise en page, de la typographie, un sens esthétique élevé, et idéalement une formation en design graphique.

Le candidat apportera son expérience pour soutenir les stratégies et développer des outils visant à continuer de faire progresser notre Programme de Fidélité B2B dans le domaine des soins capillaires professionnels.


Tâches et Responsabilités :


Responsabilités Infographiques :

  • Adapter les modèles existants pour créer des brochures, documents et outils numériques pour divers marchés.
  • Mettre à jour le contenu mensuel en plusieurs langues pour plusieurs marchés.
  • Garantir un message de marque cohérent et à jour grâce à une collaboration inter-départments.

Responsabilités de Conception Digitale :

  • Créer des maquettes UX/UI pour les mises à jour numériques, les améliorations et des designs visuellement attrayants.
  • Concevoir des newsletters mensuelles et des campagnes eblast avec tous les visuels nécessaires.
  • Développer divers outils visuels et présentations, en utilisant PowerPoint.
  • Maintenir l'esthétique de la marque sur tous les canaux numériques.
  • Suivre les tendances dans le domaine de la beauté et proposer de nouvelles idées de mises en page et de fonctionnalités.


Compétences Requises :


  • Diplôme technique ou Baccalauréat en Design Graphique, Médias Numériques ou une concentration connexe.
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience, en particulier en design graphique (une expérience dans les secteurs de la beauté, des soins capillaires, du luxe, de la mode ou des marques de détail est un atout).
  • Maîtrise experte de la suite Adobe Creative Suite requise (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Expérience avec Microsoft365 (PowerPoint est un atout).
  • Expérience dans les plateformes de marketing par email (Klaviyo est un atout).
  • Maîtrise de tous les aspects du design visuel, avec des compétences exceptionnelles en utilisation des polices, typographie et mise en page.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Aptitude à respecter les délais et à travailler de manière autonome, tout en collaborant avec plusieurs équipes.
