Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer located in North Vancouver, BC. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, including client consultation, researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice and guidance.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Canadian law and legal procedures
- Experience in handling various legal matters, such as business, civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, real estate, wills, estate, and immigration
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Knowledge of Farsi language is a significant asset
