Skills and Responsibilities:

•Junior Cloud/DevOps Specialist Were seeking a Junior Cloud/DevOps Specialist to help shape and maintain our cloud infrastructure and DevOps culture.

•This is a unique opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment within a large organization. Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant experience.

•Good years of working in technical roles within the IT industry.

•Some exposure to Cloud or DevOps, including AWS certifications and relevant courses. Our emphasis is on ensuring the scalability and reliability of cloud systems, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).

•Some programming skills; well review your GitHub account.

•Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git and GitHub.

•Empathetic with strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail. Learning Opportunities: Develop strong background in Cloud Computing Services - Amazon Web Services (AWS).

•Infrastructure as Code (Isac) using tools like CloudFormation (or terraform) and Ansible.

•Learn how to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline, Code Deploy, and GitHub Actions.

•Became familiar with various tech stacks including Go, Node.js, PHP (WordPress), and Ruby.

•Improve technical skills in GNU/Linux and web technologies.

•Became knowledgeable about databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Redis, AWS SQS, and AWS Key spaces (for Apache Cassandra).

•Learn about security and compliance management with centralized logging, threat analysis and remediation.

•Develop experience in participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation and perform root cause analysis.
