L'analyste/r spécialiste réseau est responsable des opérations du réseau, y compris de l'intégration des nouvelles technologies réseau telles que le sans fil, le filaire et tous les produits de télécommunications. VOS RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :

  • Tâches et activités d'ingénierie et/ou d'analyse associées aux domaines au sein de la fonction réseau (par exemple : conception réseau, ingénierie, mise en œuvre, diagnostics ou support/assistance utilisateur).

  • Fournir un support de niveau 2.
  • Surveillance de la performance du réseau, participation à la planification de la capacité du réseau et prise d'initiatives pour évaluer et faire des recommandations d'amélioration.
  • Configuration, déploiement, tests, maintenance, surveillance et dépannage des composants réseau pour offrir un réseau sécurisé et performant.
  • Aide à la mise en œuvre et à la maintenance des logiciels de gestion réseau ; recherche, analyse et mise en œuvre de patches logiciels ou de modifications matérielles pour corriger toute défaillance du réseau.
  • Exécution de tâches de complexité moyenne à élevée liées aux opérations, à l'installation et à la maintenance du réseau pour des sites locaux, distants et/ou à distance.
  • Installation de l'équipement réseau pour de nouvelles installations, des déménagements ou des rénovations.
  • Assure la satisfaction des clients selon les normes et mesures de qualité en évaluant la performance des réseaux de télécommunications et des interfaces associées.
  • Réalisation des installations logicielles pour les réseaux et maintenance des bases de données réseau pour la gestion des systèmes et des inventaires.
  • Participe à la planification stratégique des télécommunications et du réseau. Lorsqu'on lui demande, travaille avec l'entreprise pour recueillir les exigences commerciales clés.
  • Supporte les nouvelles technologies, la performance et la fiabilité.
  • Atteinte des objectifs opérationnels des accords de niveau de service internes. Aide à la révision des accords de niveau de service externes.

VOS QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Diplôme universitaire en informatique, systèmes d'information ou autre domaine connexe, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
  • Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle en IT dans des environnements de réseaux (LAN/WAN/sans fil, filaire) et de télécommunications. L'expérience comprend les opérations et le support du réseau ainsi que le service technique pour l'ingénierie, le support et la maintenance des matériels/logiciels réseau dans des environnements LAN/WAN et multi-plateformes.
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets complexes dans un contexte mondial, avec des ressources réparties sur plusieurs sites et cultures.
  • Expérience pratique avec l'équipement réseau Cisco, y compris Nexus, commutateurs, routeurs, pare-feu, WAAS, contrôleurs LAN sans fil et Prime.
  • Outils de surveillance réseau tels que SolarWinds, AirMagnet et Network Access Control.
  • Connaissances avancées des technologies réseau :

Job description:

The Network Analyst/Specialist has overall responsibility for network operations work including integration of new network technologies such as wireless, wireline and all Telecom products. On a functional basis, this includes the resolution of medium to complex network deployment, testing, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of network components to provide a secure, high performance and robust network.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities associated with areas within the network function (i.e. network design, engineering, implementation, diagnostics or operations/user support).
  • Assists in the design of the overall network architecture. For assigned sites, designs the network infrastructure, and plans/designs LAN/WAN/wireless solutions and wireline that are consistent with enterprise standards and solutions. .
  • Monitors, operates, installs and maintains network systems and equipment in addition to troubleshooting any type of hardware or software problems to ensure that systems perform in a manner which best meets business needs and objectives. Provides Tier 2 support.
  • Monitors network performance, participates in network capacity planning and is proactive in assessing and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Configuration, deployment, testing, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of network components to provide a secure, high performance network. Assists in the implementation and maintenance of network management software; researching, analyzing and implementing software patches or hardware changes to fix any network deficiencies.
  • Performs medium to complex tasks relating to network operations, installation, and/or maintenance for local, off-site and/or remote locations.
  • Installation of network equipment for new facilities, relocations, and renovations.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through quality standards and measures by evaluating the performance of telecommunications networks and related interfaces.
  • Performs network software installations and maintenance of network database for system maintenance and inventory management.
  • Participates in strategic telecommunications and network planning. When requested, works with business in gathering key business requirements.
  • Support new technologies, performance and reliability.
  • Operational attainment of internal service level agreements. Assists in the review of external service level agreements.
  • Provides network support during corporate events (i.e. Clubs)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of IT work experience in network (LAN/WAN/Wireless, Wireline) and telecommunications environments. Experience includes network operations and support as well as technical service for network hardware/software engineering, support and maintenance in LAN/WAN and multi-platform environments.
  • Proven experience in delivering complex projects, in a global context, with resources in various locations and cultures.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Networking Equipment to include Nexus, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, WAAS, Wireless LAN Controllers and Prime. Network Monitoring tools to include Solar Winds, AirMagnet and Network Access Control.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Networking Technologies:
  • - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent experience.
  • - Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), or equivalent experience.
