We're looking for someone who is capable of shooting, editing, and managing video and photo projects for our clients.


About us:

Benjamin's Agency is a content production company that helps brands create content for their marketing and social media. We specialize in commercial and event content.


We're looking to take on a part-time videographer that we intend to make full-time within the next year.


Your responsibilities:

  • Photography & videography: You will be responsible for shooting photos and videos for commercial projects and events.
  • Editing: You will be responsible for editing videos using DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom & Photoshop and must have a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and creativity. We're looking for someone with good taste and fully capable of making creative decisions on their own accord.
  • Concept creation: You will be responsible for creating creative concepts for client projects. This will include creating mood boards, storyboards, schedules, talent research, etc.
  • Project management: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Administrative tasks: Handle various administrative duties related to videography projects, such as invoicing, creating schedules, booking equipment, and organizing project files.
  • Equipment maintenance: Take responsibility for the organization, upkeep, and proper functioning of all videography, photography, and editing equipment.


Required qualifications:

  • Experience: You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, with a portfolio showcasing videography, video editing, and photography skills.
  • Technical knowledge: You must know how to use professional cameras, gimbals, and related equipment. You must know how to edit in DaVinci Resolve.
  • Equipment: You must have a computer that is capable of editing 4K videos and high-speed wifi that you can use to download footage remotely. You must have experience using modern mirrorless cameras and shooting in LOG profiles (we will be providing equipment for our work).
  • Creative eye: You must have a creative eye and a thorough understanding of lighting and composition.
  • Strong communication: We work with many high-profile brands, so communication, respect, and professionalism are extremely important to our team and our brand image.
  • Time management: You must have strong organizational skills with the ability to show up early/on-time, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet project deadlines consistently. This is a strict requirement within our company.
  • Portfolio Review: You must have a portfolio that showcases your ability to shoot and edit both photos and videos at a professional level.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Photographie et vidéographie : Vous serez responsable de la prise de photos et de vidéos pour des projets commerciaux et des événements.
  • Montage : Vous serez responsable du montage vidéo en utilisant DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom & Photoshop et devez avoir un œil attentif pour les détails, l'esthétique et la créativité. Nous recherchons quelqu'un avec bon goût et totalement capable de prendre des décisions créatives de manière autonome.
  • Création de concepts : Vous serez responsable de la création de concepts créatifs pour les projets des clients. Cela inclura la création de planches d'ambiance, de storyboards, de plannings, de recherches de talents, etc.
  • Gestion de projets : Vous serez responsable de la gestion de multiples projets, en veillant à ce que tous les délais soient respectés tout en maintenant une qualité exceptionnelle et une attention particulière aux détails.
  • Tâches administratives : Gérer diverses tâches administratives liées aux projets de vidéographie, telles que la facturation, la création de plannings, la réservation d'équipements et l'organisation des fichiers de projets.
  • Maintenance de l'équipement : Prendre en charge l'organisation, l'entretien et le bon fonctionnement de tout le matériel de vidéographie, photographie et d'édition.


Qualifications requises :

  • Expérience : Vous devez avoir un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe, avec un portfolio présentant des compétences en vidéographie, montage vidéo et photographie.
  • Connaissance technique : Vous devez savoir utiliser des caméras professionnelles, des stabilisateurs et des équipements connexes. Vous devez savoir monter avec DaVinci Resolve.
  • Équipement : Vous devez posséder un ordinateur capable de monter des vidéos en 4K et d'une connexion wifi haut débit que vous pouvez utiliser pour télécharger à distance les images. Vous devez avoir de l'expérience avec les caméras sans miroir modernes et savoir filmer en profils LOG (nous fournirons l'équipement pour notre travail).
  • Œil créatif : Vous devez avoir un œil créatif et une compréhension approfondie de l'éclairage et de la composition.
  • Communication forte : Nous travaillons avec de nombreuses marques de haut profil, donc la communication, le respect et le professionnalisme sont extrêmement importants pour notre équipe et l'image de notre marque.
  • Gestion du temps : Vous devez avoir de solides compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité d'arriver tôt/à l'heure, de prioriser les tâches efficacement et de respecter constamment les délais des projets. C'est une exigence stricte au sein de notre entreprise.
  • Revue de portfolio : Vous devez avoir un portfolio qui montre votre capacité à filmer et éditer à la fois des photos et des vidéos à un niveau professionnel.
